Eligibility Details
The services provided at this Health Resource Center are FREE to full-time and part-time EPISD employees working at least 20 hours weekly. This is ideal especially for those employees who do not have insurance coverage or have a waiting period for medical coverage to become effective.
No appointments are needed but as the clinic gets busier, it is recommended that you call to see if there is long wait especially if you are pressed for time.
Employees should consider a visit to the Health Resource Center the same as an office visit to any medical clinic. For example, personal and medical information (forms) will need to be completed before any services can be provided.
Any visit to the EPISD On-site Employee Health Resource Center during an instructional/workday must be charged to one of the following: Compensatory Time (49) or Personal Illness Leave (10 or 11) or Flex Time with supervisor?s prior approval.

Remember all visits to the Health Resource Center will be treated as a regular doctors office visit and in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Please allow time for completion of medical background and other required paperwork.
