Eligibility Details
Quick access to health care - EPISD's Clinic Offerings:
No co-payment will apply, on a WALK-IN BASIS ONLY, for the following services that may include an office visit for acute medical conditions.
No cost services include without limitation the following: strep screenings, urinalysis, nebulizer treatments, prescription of pharmaceuticals necessary for treatment diagnosed during the office visit, blood pressure checks, glucose checks, weight checks, minor emergency care and chest x-rays (chest x-rays are not available at the Boeing location).
Also as required, Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals.
All other services rendered at the time of the visit will be the financial responsibility of the patient to include any services provided on an Appointment basis.
Eligibility:
All full-time and part-time EPISD employees working at least 20 hours weekly whether covered by TRS Active-Care or not, and eligible dependents covered under the TRS Active-Care Medical Plan. Proof of coverage in the form of TRS–AC Health ID Card must be presented in order for dependents to receive care under this program.

The On-site HRC follows the District's Instructional Calendar for closings.
Employees must present their EPISD ID Card or the TRS Active-Care Medical ID Card in addition to a Driver's License for verification purposes.
Visits to the EPISD clinics during an instructional /workday must be charged to one of the following: Compensatory Time (49) or Personal Illness Leave (10 or 11) OR Flex Time with supervisor's prior approval.

Remember all visits to the clinics will be treated as a regular doctors office visit and in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Please allow for completion of medical background and other required paperwork.
